A 21-Day Practice

January 1–21 ~ 15 Minutes Daily on Zoom

Throughout the day, our minds work tirelessly—thinking, planning, creating, remembering, and responding at a pace unprecedented in human history. It’s no wonder that stress, mental overwhelm, and cognitive fatigue have become so common. Our brains carry so much for us, and they thrive when given moments of intentional rest and renewal.

The 21-day Kirtan Kriya practice, centered on the sacred mantra SA TA NA MA, is a beautifully simple yet deeply effective meditation shown in scientific research to help clear mental clutter, enhance focus, and restore emotional balance.

Each evening, we will gather on Zoom to gently close the day in community—supportive, peaceful, and heart-centered.
